Warranty

General warranty time for all products: 2 years

● The warranty is valid for any defect in material and workmanship. The warranty is not valid for tear and wear/tear and wear parts (i.e. wheels, brake wires). If your walking aid is defective within the time limits specified, replacement parts will be sent, or at our option the walker will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you.

Limitations
● We will not pay for loss of time,
inconvenience, loss of use of your Dolomite product, or property damage caused by your Dolomite product or its failure to work, or any other incidental or consequential
damages. Some areas do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

For corrosion attacks our warranty is valid for deep seat rust affecting the product liability

Claim procedure
● Confirmation of approval/disapproval can in most cases be given by return. In some cases we need to receive the product for examination, reply should then be supplied within one week from reception of claimed product. To facilitate the servicing we ask you to contact our customer service and give a description of the claim. If Dolomite requires product in return for examination/repair, the parcel shall be marked with a claim number that you will receive from customer service.

If no fault is found on the goods all freight costs are to be taken on senders expense.

What this warranty does not cover
● This warranty does not cover defects resulting from damage while in transit or other physical damage, unauthorized repair or alternations, failure to follow instructions, misuse, negligence, fire, and force Major.

This warranty is the only one we give on our products and is in lieu of all other warranties or conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties or conditions of merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Or sets forth all our responsibilities regarding your product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary country to country.
